Rooftop Rumble wont pop up

Ive recently ranked up to level 75 and now im at 76 and rooftop will not pop up. ive called martin many times for the job and never get it. ive played it only through open jobs. any help?

try hitting start, online, jobs, host job, rockstar created, missions

 

thats how most people select it when grinding, not sure is something has to happen before unlockd in pause menu, but dont think so

Rooftop Rumble was glitched out for about a week. It is now back in the game try finding it now.
