Weazel plaza?

So for my second garage I'm thinking of buying weazel plaza (currently own Richards majestic 51). I see there are 3 versions of weazel plaza: apt 26, 70, 101. What are the differences beside price?

Apt 101 has the best view. Amazing view of the city and perfect view of the Vinewood sign. It looks great at night.

What are the Costs/Benefits of having two garages:

1. In the same building,

2. Next door to each other (ie, Weazel and Richards),

3. Far from each other.

I'm at Richards, and always talk it down because I don't want everyone's ghetto arse moving in near me, but I'm trying to weigh the goods and bads of where to have my second 10 car garage.

 

Opinions?

I hope the new apartments are spread around the map. I moved from eclipse to weazel way back in november because eclipse is a cesspool and a war zone. I have heard people say eclipse is getting that way but it's nowhere near as bad. I want coastalapqrtments or even something up north.

 

I don't think i'd want 2 apartments in the same building. That would make moving cars from garage to garage difficult i think.

Having reviewed your application, we are sorry to say that you are not suitable for Weazel Plaza, however I suggest you try Eclipse Tower with the rest of teh unwashed riff-raff.

 

Only the cool players and independant thinkers live at Weazel Plaza. You know, the ones that don't open a thread asking others to make up their mind for them.

well,with everyone evacuating Eclipse Towers I can only see that area becoming quite desireable in the near future,i personaly wouldn't dream of moving out to the "sticks" im a city boy at heart and prefer the bright lights! I will be looking for somewhere close to my Buzzard/Rhino drop off point as possible,with a helipad on the roof prefered,if they can supply me with a 20 car garage,then we got a sale!

Don't buy 26 and 101. In 26, the view is awful (you can only see Richard Majestic on the other side of the road). Buy apartment 70. It's great.

What's funny is that people are evacuating Eclipse because it's a "warzone." They do this without realizing that the fewer people that live in Eclipse, the less likely it is that they'll drive out of their garage and into a clusterf*ck.

I moved my main into the 10 car garage by the Docks, there's no one there.

 

I'll buy a new apartment if R* builds us new ones outside the city, if not I'll buy another one at Alta.

I live in Richards Majestic 51 myself because IMO it has the best view for the money. I might as well get the one right next door. =D

I'm in 101 at the moment, I like it so far. Actually never seen another player in the driveway. Very peacefull place.

Don't think I'll ever move from Weazel 101 but to start with I'm going to buy the 10car garage near the airport next door to customs while sort out my new cars, then make a decision based on info posted on the forums.

The cheaper Tinsel has surprisingly nice views. If none of the new apartments interest me (and I'm hoping that's not the case), I'll just have Tinsel and probably the garage right by the airport.
