ENB for low pc with no lag?

my spec is

 

AMD APU A6-5400k w/ HD 7540D integrated

8 gb ram dual-channel @1333

seagate 160gb 7200rpm

win 7 64

 

i'm using this http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/simple-enb-for-natural-and-realistic-lighting-f20765 but must in low setting and still lag in a middle of town

 

any recommended ENB for my spec?

In my opinion, if you can't run GTA IV at max settings (excluding view/detail distance; f*ck those settings) than you shouldn't bother trying to run ENB. If you want some better lighting/colors/whatever, try DKT70's RealityIV 2.0. But you should stay away from mods that add extra enhancements, when your system can't even handle the game's default graphics.
