Confirmed spring updates coming in May

We knew this would be coming in May from the start. This is nothing new.

 

If we went by their words, Spring, from when they first released the High Life update info we had 3 additions inbound.

 

1) Capture Creator

2) High Life DLC

3) Heists

 

April - CC

May - High Life

June - Heists

 

1 addition a month for the 3 remaining months of Spring. Makes sense. The wording was a bit deceiving initially - letting us think sooner than later. I'd imagine this would be released second week of May based solely on the CC being launched that time in April.

 

Regardless it'll get here when it gets here.

Good news on the extra cash and RP. It would be nice to know how the development of the DLC's are going as there would be a lot of work involved but sadly we will probably never know.

 

Also, if there is new voice acting etc needed that will take time.

The double xp thing is not even lasting the week end, to be honest I don't think it should cost that much money I think really it's to give noobs a chance to get some change in their pockets.

That's kind of what I'm thinking. As much as I'd like to see HL come out Tuesday, i think it will be later in the month. When capture creator was released last month the news wire said "capture creator is coming next week." I think if R* planned on releasing high life on tuesday, their announcement today would have said something similar. Since they said "this month" i think that means the 13th at the earliest but possibly not till the 20th or 27th.

I think you're reading too much into it, if the event is anything other than them tossing the community a bone, it might be a lead up to release. But I'm not betting on that IMO.

 

Furthermore, you probably have far more than enough cash. There is no way in hell they will price anything that high. What makes you think they would add properties that cost more than ten times the cost if the most expensive existing apartments?

I can believe the Zentorno costing similar to the Adder, but no more. As with the case of the Z-Type price drop from SP, I believe that they cap PV prices in order to keep insurance costs under control.
