I am having issues signing onto GTA: Online. It keeps timing out or freezing. I have been trying to take advantage of the GTA: Cash & RP is anyone having this issue?

Probably due to the amount of people connected at the same time. I would remove cache (update), download update again or/and reset your modem. Can't see any way of actually fixing this, to be honest.
