Just wondered who people would be voting for on 22nd May? Personally I'm still unsure but the way the country is going it's going to be BF (If they are indeed running in the election)

Bad OP. Really needs more infos.

I think on my ballot paper it says May 25. Who can I vote? A national party? A European party? I've never voted at EU elections. This time I want to.

I vote Mosselman to be our next great leader. I'm positive his realistic dictation and strong leadership skills will lead us in the right path.

I just draw 2 dicks and draw a circle around the biggest one. I'm sure the people who count the votes know who I'm voting for.

Wait what?

European Elections?

Don't you mean UK elections?

Nope. They're elections to decide who will represent us in the EU parliament.

I'm not voting, as I'm out of area on the day. To be honest, I doubt I'd vote anyway even if I were in the place where I'm registered -- my vote almost certainly wouldn't count for anything.

Like that'll last long. :p

Voting for Obama's third term

According to the Twenty-second Amendment, no person can be elected president more than twice. The amendment also specifies that if any eligible person who serves as president or acting president for more than two years of a term for which some other eligible person was elected president, the former can only be elected president once. Scholars disagree whether anyone no longer eligible to be elected president could be elected vice president, pursuant to the qualifications set out under the Twelfth Amendment.

The voting day in Sweden is 25th May... I really have no idea who I should vote for. The voting turnout in 2009 was 45%, an increase from 2004. Back then there was much controversy over a new law about to come in effect in Sweden, that gave the intelligence agency more ways to monitor others. This helped pave the way for the Pirate Party. This year, the Sweden Democrats will most likely enter the EU parliament, and I'm sure many will vote this time just to prevent them from getting as many seats as possible.

Guys, the elections to the EUSSR Parliament. You know, the EUSSR, that entity that takes away your sovereignty and the borders of your country. I guess most British forumers will vote UKIP. Am I right?

This thread is a cancer and so are all the opinions in it. Including this one.

Mainly the others though, I'm not a complete paranoid nut.

Ok.

You are strange.

I am not going to vote, frankly its meaningless and I could get a seat by visiting three pubs and buying a round of free drinks in exchange for a vote.

I guess most British forumers will vote UKIP. Am I right?

I doubt it. The economics of most of UKIPs claims are utterly laughable, they lack any real credence or defined policy direction and whose statistical claims about immigration, about the numbers of laws directly or indirectly from Brussels are utter sputum, and who entirely lack a single qualified or credible economist to support their bizarre theories.

The only people who support them are right-wing geriatrics who have become more xenophobic with age- you know, the kind of person who says "there goes the neighbourhood" and means it, and the underprivileged and undereducated who need a scapegoat for their own social and economic failure and feel that an anti-immigration platform is perfect for this role.

Sadly the former category are probably the largest single voting group in the UK.

Yes democracy is a stupid thing, all votes of those angry, white underachievers count as much as the votes of the highly educated leftists who should be the only ones to decide upon the peoples common weal. The UKIP voters can't appreciate all the benefits they are getting by the work of the hard working European MPs who would never take a bit too much for their excellent work.

I as no big friend of the EU will support the AfD on May 25, too. I want certain things in Germany to be changed and they are the better choice compared to other national parties, imo. Hopefully they get more than predicted 6% and kick Merkel and all the people, particularly the brainwashing media, that try to push the AfD into the offside, right in the face.

Since there is no 5% clause there is no need to worry. I voted for them in September and don't regret anything, since I can't and don't want to vote for the "lesser evil".

What does that have to do with anything? UKIP is a protest vote against the European Union and yet they are just as guilty of taking too much money as anyone else, and they do exactly the same amount of work too, so I don't get your comparison.

If UKIP could provide any serious and economically viable policies other than their flagship statement then maybe they'd be taken seriously by people other than the desperate and the racist.
