Double RP/Double GTA$=Rockstar finally easing up on Cash Card gre

Finally, Rockstar gives us a big reason to play the game and ALL ACTIVITIES by giving us double GTA$. They announced that this was to get players ready for the high life update. This hasn't happened before(except for double gta$ on capture jobs) when an update is coming up because they want to force players to buy shark cards. I'm really happy to see Rockstar putting aside the greed for cash cards and giving the community a really good way of saving money by playing the game.

 

I'm really hoping this is a sign that the cash card business is dying off, so Rockstar is finally doing something for the playerbase. Once the cash card business dies off, this game will get so much better. I think Rockstar is finally seeing this and doing something about it. I've been playing all day because of this double GTA$ for all activities. The most I've played in months.

I can't be disappointed bro...I've been hoping and praying for the cash card business to die off and this weekend is proof that it is. If the cash cards were still selling a lot, they wouldn't have done this. Cash cards have really hindered what Rockstar will do in the game...when they die off, this game gets way way better because they don't have to limit what they put in the game to preserve their precious cash cards.

It's only for 2 days, and only exists to attract attention, unless they permanently buff payouts then nothing has really changed.

You take me the wrong way..I know they can't force it. But they KNOW that a lot of players are impatient and they know that the payouts in this game are horrible. They made the payouts horrible for a reason(cash cards). The fact that they have double GTA$ on all activiies is proof that cash card sales are dying off. Simple as that. They have never done this before.
