gtae
This came up at the bar. I said my tolerance was pretty high while intoxicated. A buddy ended up kicking me in the nuts, hard! It really hurt, but at the same time it didn't bother me as much as it usually does. I was sore for the next couple of days, but I think the alcohol did help numb the pain at the time. t3h PeNgU1N oF d00m
I have a high tolerance for emotional pain. Not so much for physical pain, unless I have an adrenaline rush to go along with it. Alex Wesker
THE GHETTO JEZUS
^ As mentioned I also have high tolerance to emotional pain. Like when something bad happens to my family I wouldn't usually cry or be in distress. Also for physical I'm pretty tolerant to a certain degree, like deep cuts, big hits, kick to the balls I can tolerate but anything other than that I would be in lots of pain and crying most likely. Ciarán
I have a high tolerance for pain, last year, I fractured my knee in two places and I didn't end up going to hospital until three weeks later, The Doc was surprised when I told him that the accident happened 3 weeks ago. GN 92
My cousin used to be a jiu jitsu fighter (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brazilian_jiu-jitsu) 10 years ago, and his friend accidentally hit his balls. He spent 2 months going to a doctor and taking some medicine to relieve the pain. He says that the pain is unbearable.. But he's good now, even has a little daughter. Varys
You think that's painful... <snicker>... I was castrated whilst I was fully aware and under no medicine to dull the pain whatsoever... Ugh, quite devastating at first... but I got over it... As for you, Ser gtae perhaps you should drink less in the future... unless that is - you don't want to procreate.... ? .... 018361
Not very high physically. Emotionally? I'm not sure...I mean I don't plan on bearing the cross anytime soon or well, ever. I think you can only know your limits after you have been pushed to them. Lately I have been feeling a bit desensitized to some emotion with random mood swings of extreme negativity or anger. I'm apparently a very girly guy...probably because I haven't had a father figure in my life...or at least I assume that's why. I am not sure how much I can take. I mean to me life is pretty taking as much pain as you have to take until you die right? It may be a bleak view, but I don't think i'm too far off the mark. Happy_Killstick
I don't like pain, i used to be able to handle it but no not anymore, that includes emotional pain. Worst physical pain was when i had my tonsils removed, people told me it didnt hurt but when the doctor f*cks up it does.

Beautiful Disaster
Retardedly high. When I was little the doctor told my mother that she had to watch me extra close because I could be seriously hurt and not realize it. The other day I stubbed my toe, hit the wall, and kept going. It wasn't until later on that I noticed I had split it open nearly to the bone. Needed 5 stitches!

*MURDOC*
I'm not physically affected by pain too much lately, besides my knees dislocating, that's always horrifically painful. Mostly anything else doesn't seem to trigger even nearly the same amount of pain that I would have felt years ago, I guess I'm just more accustomed to it now. It can be a curse though, sometimes I don't notice when I've cut myself until someone points out the blood dripping.
dice
It can be a curse though, sometimes I don't notice when I've cut myself until someone points out the blood dripping.Ye, this is the worst, the blood then f*cks up your clothes and it takes forever to get it off. I believe my physical pain tolerance is quite high, been active all my life and like playing various sports where I never experienced any difficulties when getting tackled, hit, injured or w/e. It's the emotional stuff which usually gets me, f*cked up school because of family and other personal issues, now I'm coming back together to try and get my sh*t straight.
