Rooftop Rumble bug?

Somehow after I died when the team lives were gone, it showed a camera on the freeway and I could access my weapon wheel, so I used my sawed off shotgun since I couldn't use my other weapons and shot an SUV. Then I got a wanted level, still in the mission and the police came up and killed me even though I wasn't visible. I tried to capture a video but I didn't press record like a dumbass...

I've never experienced this before, however I do experience a bug of my own.

 

Whenever I fire a rocket at the car in the right doorway it goes straight through the car, which is pretty annoying.

I've had that OP. It's like you're alive but your character isn't there, and you can't walk. But you can use the phone, pull up the weapon wheel, and such. Ya it's weird. But it doesn't break the game

It's a spectating glitch.

 

I know there are ways you can spectate and kill players.

 

I read somewhere you need to be spectating then have a friend invite you to a mission via phone and then you should be able to kill the players on the misison. Haha, I'd love to do that to my friends and make them think I'm like some boss NPC that R* added into RR because it was too easy.

Yes, why's that such a problem?

This has happened to me as well, and it's not exclusive to RR, because it was Trash Talk I was playing when it did.

Grenade launcher to the front car, second grenade over the top to the back cars....go into the right entry. Nothing wrong with this. Does no harm but kill sh*t faster. .

 

 

 

On topic: I've had this happen a couple of times. I couldn't use all my weapons but was able to use sniper, so I just sniped cars on the freeway until the cops took me down (again?)

nothings wrong with firing a rocket at the car in the doorway, its nowhere near the document

 

its the people that get trigger happy and start throwing all sorts of explosives in because they dont know how to take cover and shoot, ive seen too many RR's flopped by people who just HAD to use explosives because they thought it would make them the hero of the mission

Grenade launcher against the two cars in the entrances. RPG the left cars, then RPG the cars at the back, switch the rifle and run in and kill the remaining guys.

The 'remote viewing' glitch is an odd one, the best time I had with it was when there were a couple of wall glitching griefers and I 'teleported' into the building with them, and proceeded to use my rockets on them, several times

Disturbingly I found out last night that the glitch is even present using your TV in your apartment/garage to spectate players in a lobby.

It happened to me a while back, well... not long after 1.12 came out. I got killed on a mission in the army base (the one that you steal a helicopter in, not base invaders) I got killed in the strange bug mode as well and I was just sat their watching the army guys just run to where my invisible dead body should have been.

happend to me too, but you can only shoot a couple of rounds, not much.

Happened to me in a survival last night, i could see a team mate (who was also dead) just standing there taking bullets from the helicopters and others - was a god distraction for the others to kill em.

 

I started RR and had the loading screen haze over the player where i could walk but the mission hadn't started.. Had to use phone to accept another invite.

I've had this twice. Once in RR and once after dying in a GTA race. The RR one was fine, but that race freeze kept me from respawning and finishing the race.
