I just joined GTA Online and on the loading screen it said "Gain cash and xp this weekend for the new update coming "LATER" this month." So it looks like Rockstar gone and f*cked it up and wanna release it with Watch Dogs.

If it's on the newswire, it will be in game. If you can post pictures, presumably a screen capture with a circle drawn around the text that states this, that would be great. I can't view social club right now because my computer can't connect to the site. It would also serve as proof to anyone who decides to view this thread and post about it being a "speculation".

"Later" doesn't necessarily mean at the end of the month. Its only the 2nd today.

"later this month" can mean 5/6, 5/8, 5/11, 5/14, 5/15, 5/20, etc......

It's a vague release window, probably because they're covering their behinds in case of another massive problem creating further delays.

Okay, I honestly don't care what your definition of later is I'm just pointing out that it said "later this month" on the loading screen and not on the newswire. Would of thought they would release heists when Watch Dogs come out because there's no way anyone would pick a small update (The High Life Update) over a brand new game.

What's up with everyone thinking that R* is holding out until Watchdogs? News flash guys, Watchdogs isn't going to "kill" or "threaten" the GTA franchise. R* has already sold an outstanding amount of GTA V copies and by the time that VI comes out Watchdogs will be a thing of the past.
