The ability to upload JPG's to the Social Club to have a custom paintings on the walls.

 

Allot of apts would have penises plastered all over the place.

I just want poker or an air hockey table. Basically some kind of reason to actually invite people to your apartment and hang out, like in the trailer for GTA Online.

The essentials are required; washing machine, fridge/freezer, weapon rack, sofa, bed, sex dungeon and of course, a fish tank.

There was a data file floating around that contained some of the upgrades that were going to be available.

IIRC, there was at least a few entertainment centers and a workout rack of some sort.
There were also a couple 3D models of those items, but I can't find them right now.

Chromed walls, floors and ceilings. Lights will be dollar sign shaped. Juice will be hot pink instead of green.
