That would be a nice feature, just drop unwanted clothes on the floor:P

Get charged $2000 from an Overly obsessive cleaner.

Same with weapons. I am tired of picking up Pistol or Combat Pistol. I would rather store them and never use them again

I know, right. They are currently working on that glitch as they've tweeted about it. That and the extended clip glitch. I would really like the option to "block" certain weapons from entering into my inventory after I've dropped them for those deathmatches and captures that have them always laying around for me to pick up, once again.

He's probably like me, wanting to own everything in the game. I have all DLC items for every DLC, including clothes. I only wear suits, however.

I was once in the closet once; it's roomy, however I prefer changing at any of the many clothing stores around Los Santos.

I bought every single piece of clothing and all the masks for my character because I was bored, I think it cost about $1.5m in all, but that doesn't mean I've changed my characters look that much, still wearing the same old rags from months ago :D

you remind me of the dummies who bought everything from pegasus in billionaire days and now have to scroll through all those useless vehicles.

that's the "must have it" syndrome for you.

Damn right I bought everything when I was given billions of dollars. I don't mind my Pegasus list being full because I know where everything is that I use on a regular basis so it takes me a third of a second to find it instead of a fifth of a second. The few seconds of my life it has cost me scrolling through my list is worth it because if I want to ride around in a dump truck I can or if I wanna drive a limo I can or if I want fly a certain plane I can.

Rockstar had originally told players to purchase things to dump the glitched cash. I have a support ticket instructing me to buy the same cars or expensive apartments over and over.

Along the way I got bored and purchased everything with my first character... So I guess I'm a dummy according to the standards set from dudemanbroguy above me. My second character only has a few things to scroll through and I'll admit it's easier... but I'm not sure if that qualifies me as only being a half a dummy ?

LOL look i must be summoning dummies...

dude i can STILL buy every pegasus vehicle and have them all because i CAN, so your point is what? trying to make me jealous? yeah right, like you ever bring those vehicles out anyway. so what you CAN? rofl...

my point still stands, it's a bigass list of useless stuff.

minus tank and buzzard

if you have the luxor and a mallard you don't really need another plane

if you have a frogger why do you need a maverick?

and so on

i love my pegasus cargobob though.

I would really like an option like this. I bought a lot of unnecessary clothes when I first started the game way back and I’m stuck having to cycle through them when in my personal closet..

Rockstar should provide a “donate clothing option” to give them away when we no longer want them

and while they’re at it, add 20 more slots go outfits in the game

Seriously, how some people don't notice a previous posts date before replying is something else.

No offense.

6 years later I wonder what it all costs now. I spent 10m last week catching up and didn't bother with the arena bullsh*t

I did notice it. Why create a brand new thread if a thread already exists on the topic? It's still an issue and hasn't been resolved, therefore, why not revive the thread?

Even if the topic is still relevant, in most cases all reviving an old thread does is bring people's attention to the fact that it's from a long ago date, and a wave of spammy "Nice necropost" posts usually follows.

Why revive a thread to bring up an "issue" that will never be fixed

Why make a thread about an "issue" that will never be fixed? Follow that logic and no threads about game problems would ever get made, because none of them are ever going to be fixed. Rockstar would love that...

New people come into the game and when they see threads about issues they have, they realise they're not the only one with it and they want to add their voice to it. It's a healthier, more productive version of "OMG, MKII BAD!!!" syndrome. On this forum (and the internet in general), if people revive a thread, they'd get told "Don't revive a thread, make a new one". Then when they make a new one, they get asked "There's already a thread about that, why have you made a new one?".

Despite Rockstar Employees not being vocal on forums like this (because they won't be allowed to, it's part of your contract), they will read it and if there's one group of people you want to keep jogging the memories of... it's the ones responsible for the issues that exist. In a design meeting "I saw this on a forum recently...", is a common saying, because that's where designers source some of their ideas from, or gauge an existing idea's popularity.

Hindsight is 20/20. This thread was made like an hour after the game launched. It's been 7 years, and nothing has changed. There is no reason for someone to come in and say "has anything changed" when something obviously hasn't, especially when it pertains to something that's been around since the inception of this game.

And usually all this bitching and moaning you're referring to is in the bitch and moan section of the forum.

The user that made the comment didn't say "Has anything changed?", they made a comment about how they would like an option like this. Which is perfectly valid seeing as something that makes this situation worse, i.e. the Lucky Wheel, has only been around since last year. Games change and situations change with them. People now have more clothes that they don't want, that they didn't choose to have.

Nobody was killed during the making of the statement, no corona viruses were spread by it being made, nothing was harmed apart from some people's feelings... which could have been avoided by those people not reading the thread.

But here's the main thing, nobody gets to decide whether other people have a reason to comment on something, only whether they have a reason to make a comment themselves.
