my game keeps on freezing when i go to rob shops, what can i do to fix this issue?

According to the response I got from R* support:

 

"Clear the cookies from my Google Chrome Browser"

 

But in reality it's an annoying glitch that can't be fixed

I don't really know since this has never happened to me before. I am sure that someone on this site has been through the same situation. I wish I could help you out. Really I do. I hope you found a solution to fix this issue that you are having.

It's 100% bullsh*t, mine was freezing a lot and I didn't do sh*t, now it's barely freezing

If you're on xbox 360, try clreaing your game cache as Rockstar stated on their support for freezes.
