so i decided to make a new crew emblem with R*'s SC thing(uugh) but it wont let me have one with a transparent background. yes i know how to do it I've done it before im just wondering if someone on here knew a fix for it, I've seen a couple posts about it on R*'s support forums but they haven't answered to any of them

Update: i got a response from R* support saying they are aware of the issue and are looking into it...

2nd Update: R* has now fixed this:D... well for me at least i can now set transparent backgrounds

Having the same issue, any new emblem or edited emblem saved with a transparent background, when it is published to crew and selected it has a white background.

Same issue and it's quite upsetting realizing it isn't of fault of myself; especially after spending 3+ continuous hours resaving and republishing because i though the scripting was f****d up from changing my crew color to black. It's obviously nothing to do with that. Rockstar is again filling its consumers with hate because they cant seem to realise they arent able to keep up to date with their own product. WTF is the issue here?!?

I'm having the exact same problem!! Even older emblems that USED to have no background have a crappy white box around them...

I tried the Google Chrome trick of right clicking the background, inspecting the element and deleting the HTML node, and got a warning for breaching R* policy when I tried to save it!!

I did see a ticket on the support pages saying they're now aware of this problem, but cannot put an estimation of time on a fix.

Silver lining I guess, is that they do apparently know there's a problem!

Whatever the problem was, it seems to be working now! Transparent background option fully functional :D

I'm having the same problem. I can't even find the transparent background option (which I thought was standard), so I'm stuck with the ugly white background. How do I remedy this?
