Reporting too easy?

I can't help but think the report system in GTAO is far too accessible if u know what I mean, I mean the amount of times iv been locked in a PvP with someone just to receive a txt that's usually "hacker" "godmode" boom REPORTED thanks to some French or Spanish 10 yr old who can't understand my txt "MY HEALTH WENT UP BECAUSE I HID AND ATE A TASTY EGOCHASER STUPID" I mean, even in the loading screen it very clearly points out to u to 'remember' to report 'toxic' players, I can bet money that some body has interpreted that as "if someone in freeroam is causing u distress by killing u & making u feel stupid then by all means, report away every opportunity u can" and it's this kind of enabling that puts decent players in badsport with the dregs of GTA society -_- the kind of lobby's where every wall glitch in the game is occupied by red blips, everybody in the streets is in a tank & peoples k/d's are like 15 n stuff! Too easy to report I think' Also what's up with no being able to fire RPG's or snipe rifles or even the minigun from a heli???

Yup i got reported twice today by a twanker and his friend because i stole his tank right from under his nose after he was being a p***y and camping out an apartment of a person with a bounty waiting for him to come out so i went over stole his tank blew up his friend tank and then cargobobbed it to the top of a building where he couldn't access it anymore.

 

They both reported me.

Yeah, eventually there will be a "These Guys Were Legitimately Too Good at the Game and Were Winning Too Much Against My YoloSwag" lobby to go along with the BS & Cheater lobby.

If i'm not mistaken you can fire an RPG if you are in the back seats of a helo because you can cycle though your guns and shoot from the back with any gun in your inventory but i don't know if you can with a RPG though.

All it does is flag the account and possibly will be looked at if a certain number of reports are given,

Either way, if you are not cheating nothing will happen to you no matter how many times you get reported.

If anything,people who report too often will also have a lot less credibility and are ignored.

I think the ease and accessibility of the feature is important to make weeding out the cheaters easier.

AiraCobra u done something that made them feel stupid & there was 2 of them So that's an instant double report. THIS is what I'm talking about, people getting too friendly with the report button for trivial reasons. The only time il report is if there in a wall shooting people or are blatant hackers. I mean I hate tanks and people in them who go passive when the tank is destroyed etc but do I report them ? NO because it's a legitimate (if very annoying tactic) so what I'm saying is it's SUPPOSED to be for actual cheaters but far too many people abuse it needlessly

People are going to abuse any feature in any video game if it is possible and R* is aware of that which is why NOTHING happens to you when you get reported unless you are a complete asshat.
