Race "Pier2Pier". Almost a four minute race, and if you push it to over 4mins, you get 3000rp. At your level, you should get about 1.5 rp bars for each completion. Do it like 15 times to get to level 75. Should take about two hours, roughly.

Why not just click "join contact mission" most always it's rooftop rumble. Do it with some ransoms for an hour and boom you'll be rank 75..

If you own any chopper host martin'a mission "Cleaning the cat house", call Pegasus for your chopper and land it on the roof where you pick anna, you won't need to kill anyone and it gives you 4000 RP (5000 in free aim) in 5 minutes or less

Two short-ish, decent Martin missions you've already unlocked by rank 73: 'Defender' and 'Extradition' (70 and 50, respectively).

Both pay around $15,000 on Hard, and a solid 3000 RP (specifically, $17,250 and 3625 RP for 'Defender') for what's a 10-minute mission, maybe even less. Best thing is that combat aircraft are provided as standard - 'Defender' has Buzzards at Martin's lock-up, while 'Extradition' has two Lazers at Sandy Shores (easy to overlook, since the mission description fails to mention them).

It's double xp and cash at the minute should be able to rank up pretty fast.
