dgerny
I have a computer that can run gta 4 I recently installed windows 8.1 pro 64 bit so that could be the problem. PC Specs: CPU: i7 3770 Ram: 16 gb Graphics Card: GTX 780 SSD: 250gb Samsung evo 840 I obviously have a nice enough of computer to run the game but for some reason when I go to the graphics settings it says I am close to using all of the graphics cards memory and it says 202 / 2958 MB used.. Marc79
I ran into the same issue after installing 780Ti. Go the folder where gta 4 is installed and create a text document and name it commandline, then type in -norestrictions and save, now you'll be able to adjust settings. This game doesn't recognize more than 2GB vram. Edited May 4, 2014 by Marc79
