I hear that some people are having trouble downloading Patch 1.13, if their game disc is damaged or dirty.

Easily fixed, though - you can quickly re-surface any DVD, CD or similar by taking a key, screwdriver or similar metal item, and scraping the underside of the disc until you've achieved a 'buff' finish.

Rinse under running water for good measure, then immediately pop into your console's disc drive while still wet - this will have the added benefit of cleaning the inside of the drive, so it can better read the disc.

Once that's been done, you should be good to re-try downloading the patch. Hope that helps!
