Cutting a character out?

Hi, so I dont know if it'll be possible with this image given the lighting.

 

But if possible, would anyone be able to cut the character out and put him on a transparent background?

Do You have the original image link Troll? I believe that was downsized for a signature work.

The picture was taken straight from a friends social club (who took the picture for me) and reuploaded to imgur. It hasn't been modified.

 

The new image doesn't have to be signature size, only need the character on the transparent background (like in the signature). But I fear the darkness of the lighting may have caused a problem considering the darkness of the characters clothes.

 

But here is the image of the example, before becoming a signature.

Ah, I misunderstood your OP. You want the character that is against the dark background. I thought You wanted the character in the TSA Troll signature without the text.

Silly me.

This is no problem. I lightened it just a little.
