I think it would be a great idea if there was a way to jump to your safe house from anywhere on the map. Sometimes when I'm stuck really far away from my safe house it can be a pain to drive all the way back to it. What do you guys think?

It's called, find new session.

All that would ever happen is I would be in a situation with someone combating me where I would stand my ground and the second I started winning they would blip away. They do it already and they don't have the option.

This isn't Need For Speed, bro.

All good points, I didn't even think to change sessions. Anyways, it was just an idea, thanks for your feedback.

Would be really awesome, when you drive to Blaine County for a bounty, and suddenly BOOOM, he's in the City!

No, if anything, R* should work on improving the realistic features, not detracting from them. Only my opinion, though.
