Online Race Markers Not Showing

I have 100% completed single player and am at level 135 online play.I went online in solo session and all the race icons on the map are not showing up.I have not quit in the middle of any mission or anything.The race icons are just not on the map,Anyone have any ideas>>>Thanks in advance for any info.

Same here I posted a thread in the wrong place. In gtaonline gameplay. Says I have not unlocked missions yet I am lvl 147! Must be problem with R* servers, again.
