I think the OP is talking about the idea that the London place has constant gunfights in the streets (and maybe an occasional tank) rather than the physical resemblance of the building. As in real life, just like in GTA0, the community is what turns a location into a sh*thole, not the physical building.

I don't recognise that block of flats at all, nor do I have any idea which exact parts of London are good to live in and which aren't.

 

Mind you, I *do* live in Eclipse Towers and genuinely don't see what the fuss is about. I don't ever walk out to pick up the morning paper, only to find a five way tank battle raging on the street. It's really never caused me any trouble, and I see just as much mayhem in other locations downtown as I do outside my apartment. Which, again, isn't a huge amount.

I honestly wouldn't mind a little more chaos. Okay - maybe not on my doorstep. But I have to go looking for it, when sometimes I'd like trouble to come and find me.

 

Still, if most people say Eclipse Towers is pretty much a warzone in their experience - I'll beleive them. Meanwhile I'll go and check my internet connection...

I like Eclipse Towers. I just like the location of it and also because it's the most expensive.

 

I haven't went in my apartment in GTAO in months. Only my garage and even that's rare, only when I spawn in it.

 

And I haven't seen anyone outside of it lately. Maybe everyone decided to go loiter around the other apartments.
