All that dxdiag info is not needed, so I've edited your post and only kept the parts that are important.

Are you running the game under compatibility mode?

Windows 8 takes another hit.

Try using XP mode or Win98 mode if a mouse problem develops.

Which version did you buy (1, 2, 3)?

Is the game installed to the default C:/ drive?

Are you playing with the DVD in the drive?

Did you install with Admin Privileges?

I tried XP mode it doesn't work

Also I am playing a downloaded version not a legal version and it is not on the c:/ drive, and nothing happens with the admin privileges too

This version was working fine with my other computer, but I have no idea why it is not working here

Try buying the real game it will come with all the files necessary to run the game.
