High dollar car buying, big decision to make

Ok so the thing is since high life won't be out till at least next Tuesday and I'm on 3mil now and can easily spend 1mil and make it back before Tuesday.

 

To keep myself entertained I'm going to buy one of the high dollar cars. Currently they only car of great value I have is the Turismo R, which I like to drive. I've always wanted the Stinger GT but I was driving the Cheetah today and other than the Entity its the only Super I liked to drive besides the Turismo...

 

After reading a bit some people were saying the Cheetah and Turismo are the same but IMHO I think the Cheetah drives faster and is more stable, looks ugly but you can't win them all.

 

What do you guys who have driven those three (entity, stinger GT and cheetah) fully modded think I should lay the cash down on?.

The Stinger GT is quite slidey,especially when it rains.The Entity is your go to car if you want to win races easily or be a douche.The Cheetah is a good car,i used it for quite a while.The car handles better when upgraded but it suffers when somebody turn catchup on(which is practically every damn race).

i have a stinger gt and its more for cruising, it would get all tail happy whenyou press the gas, kinda fun to drive.

Don't get the Cheetah, it has a lower top speed than the turismo and entity, and it has slower acceleration. If you have a turismo you don't need a Cheetah. It's also pretty ugly imo. The entity is a far better choice but the stinger gt is a sports classic, and is very nice to drive and is very good looking. An entity is better value for money though so you may want to hold the stinger gt back for when you have more money.

Get the Entity XF, or wait for the High Life update and get the Zentorno.

Had an hour to think about your replies. It maybe irrational but I decided on this plan. Buy a Stinger GT because I always wanted it and I'll buy it eventually regardless. I think it'll be wise to wait and see how this new car is is before I buy an Entity, if the Zentorno is quick, as in Entity quick I'll get it, if not I'll buy the Entity then. I guess the resale on the Stinger is around 500k if I change my mind?.

cheetah because it's a classic and the front is beautiful, the turismo is nice too but everyone has one and the stinger gt is a spin out champion, I sold mine and I prefer the z type because of gta 2 memories

Didn't like the Stnger GT at all, I sold Turismo, kept Cheetah and Adder if this helps. Monroe is pure leet compared to Stinger GT.

I own a fully modified dominator which if you like muscle cars is just fantastic.

I own a fully modified comet which if speed is what you need it will achieve it.

I also have a bati which is the best bike to buy, especially with the sprite colours on it.

I also have a Viper, well it looks like a viper and it think that's what it's called.

So probably half a million dollars worth of decent stuff which if you don't want to blow all your load is the options availble.

Also, doesn't one of them sit so low too the ground they get damaged on the ramps at LSC?

I purchased the Cheetah long ago when I raced a lot; all I ever saw in super races were the usual two. I have yet to regret my decision. I enjoy the Cheetah's handling style, speed, and choice of mods.

Cheetah isn't faster than the Turismo at all. It's got great handling but as far as racing goes, it's bhind the likes of the Entity, Adder, and Turismo.

 

The Entity is better than the Cheetah, but the Cheetah looks better IMO.

 

It depends what you want the car for really.

 

 

Likewise, the Stinger GT looks cool, but will get beaten by all those Z-Types. The Monroe is a bit better than the Stinger GT and IMO looks nicer too, but will still be eaten by a good driver in a Z-Type.

 

 

 

 

Anyway, we're getting a bunch of garage space soon, so really, you can get what you like. Get some cars just 'cause you like their look/feel, and others to actually win races with.

I have a Fully modded Entity, and a Fully modded Stinger GT, I love them both, The Turismo is a fun car (I borrow a friends on occassion) But cant get over getting stuck sometimes lol

 

The GT can be controlled but likes to break loose but fun. I really dont see many online.

Not sure when it comes out but i am sure not next Tuesday, maybe they will let us wait another month.

Still sitting on the cash, the server error scared me. Seems fixed now, test drove the Entity and Cheetah again. I can't lap a stock Entity under one minute on cutting corners, it hates me. I'm running 1:00 on both it and the cheetah and a stock Turismo Lol. My nodded Turismo I can do 58s.

 

Its annoying because I know the entity should be faster but I much prefer the way the cheetah drives. I think modded I'll be able to drive it faster than my Turismo, its more stable. Then again its raining in game ATM and that makes me want the entity. Going to drive a Monroe now and then rethink this . I like racing these days and I haven't experienced the Turismo feeling like it can't win yet. Havent come across anyone fast I guess. I already have a carbo.. love it but everyone sets the races to super. I drove the vacca and can't be fast in it. I've had like 5 corquettes, great car but its no carbo.

 

Still tempted by the cheetah.. It really suits my driving for some reason.

Well I layer down the cash on the Entity in the end. Got lucky with the colour.. Matte forest green with some kind of pearl. I don't enjoy driving it yet because I generally don't like 4wd cars in real life either. When I raced RC cars I could only deal with 2wd class too. Its an ongoing problem.

 

In any case it smashed out a 57 second lap on cutting corners already so it should do the rooftop run pretty quick.

 

I don't know that I'll keep it forever but the 600k+ resale makes me happy. It was about one million all up after mods.

 

I made 400k today roofing pretty quickly so no big deal if I sell it one day. Let's wait and see how this new car is. I can see a cheetah coming as soon as we get garage space too. Love the way that thing corners, best in game imho.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their advice. Used the entity for a few hour yesterday. Mostly roofing, I don't like its lack or turning and you can't whip it around like the Turismo but its better for avoiding traffic at speed.

 

Plus its infinitely better when it's raining. Back up to 2.5mil already. I feel the biggest advantage in races will be its weight and resisting chrome adders pit moving me, that really upsets a Turismo and they get you before you can find a corner to get you away from the adders.
