- Get a cargobob and wait for an HPV to appear on the map. Carry it out of police sight, then to a LSC without anyone around and then to Simeon, standing guard outside while he takes it in.

Or you can grind RR all you want. Now tbh R* disabled the option to give a moded car away for selling by other player. There's unfortunately no better way, than those Staten told you, or by grinding missions over and over.

You can't share modded cars? That sucks. I was going to give my brother a souped-up gift car when he starts playing the game.
