What the hell do i do?

I have only just started playing online 2 days ago, i tried before, and it didn't appeal to me. How on earth do i play this thing? I don't get what the idea is.

People just seem to run around and kill eachother, i can't get a decent car because i don't have any money, i can't shoot people back because i can't get a gun... What do i do?

I know there is missions, but how do people earn millions of pounds online and buy all these mansions?!

Oh and also, are there heists on the game to earn big money, or just these sh*tty things that get you a couple thousand?

You finish the tutorial, and just build from the ground up. We know it's a videogame but the first few moments are realistic as sh*t, work hard then play harder. You can also look into money glitching, or fast RP earning (join Rooftop Rumble games and lot of races). Just try to hang with a lot of people and do fun activities like car meets and learn.

Startin up on gta is hard u can hardly defend urself as u have no decent weapons and ur an easy target for the high level pussies who can't pick on someone their own size. If u keep at it tho ul have a nice apartment with a full 10 car garage and an RPG and minigun

It is hard, the best thing to do is find a group of people who are going to look after you and avoid private lobbies because most people there are assholes. Also a lot of people who got fancy apartments and things got the rockstar bonus several months ago because R were so embarrassed over messing up the online launch so bad. That's how I got mine, anyway.
