Hello all! I just realized, there are a frick ton of people whining about how this game can be boring as hell and junk.

Okay so i didn't "just realize" this. It has been bothering me for a while now. I feel bad that this boredom has gotten so bad recently. I also felt like I should be the list guy on these forums! They are a lot of fun to make for me. Guides and shiz are fun.

But I digress. Like with my unique vehicle thread, I would love to hear your contributions. I love to hear you guy's opinions.

Unless they suck ass. then go away. HAH. I'll start off the list with a handful of activities I personally enjoy, as well as a few obvious ones.

1. Only suggest things that can be done for real in GTA Online.

Don't suggest things like "NUKE THE MAP" or something, please.

Wingsuiting

 

 

Wingsuiting is a very fun activity involving 1 or more people base-jumping off Mount Chilliad or another high place, gliding down and going dangerously close to rocks and trees in the process. To wingsuit, one must jump off a suitable cliff or structure and lightly hold their analog stick forward. If done correctly, one can make it all the way to the bottom of the mountain without deploying their chute until the last second. Better with others, because people can see you be awesome.

Pistol Skill Contest

 

 

Suggested by TehGuy123, this is an obscure activity that involves going into a mission with a friend or two, and only using the starter pistol to complete said mission. You compare how many kills you each get, and whoever has the most kills is the most skilled. A fun little contest to do!

Taxi Survival

 

 

Suggested by EarlyLifeFailure, this activity involves going into a taxi at the docks near Simeon's Garage while in a full lobby. Try to make it to Paleto Bay without having anyone kill you on the way there. Good way to pass time while doing something else.

Bulldozer Player Races!

 

 

Suggested by Delminator, this is an activity that involves Aligning two or more bulldozers side by side, and grabbing two PVPs to mark a finish line. You must have a person in each bulldozer's shovel and the shovel must be raised. first to cross the finish wins!

You can make up rules, such as only being allowed to move if the player in the shovel is standing up.

Drive Down Chilliad

 

 

Suggested by gizmonomono, this activity involves going to Mount Chilliad with a car or bike, and driving down the steepest part of the mountain. For added challenge, see if you can get random, explodable cars up there and drive down with those! See who can survive the fall then. Bikes are also just as challenging. To make it easier, make a race or capture and let people spawn at Mount Chilliad. Better with more people.

 

Difficulty of activity: Easy with personal vehicles, hard with bikes or random cars.

Suggested by Bolatsi, this activity involves running across any given highway in Los Santos and trying to get to the other side without being hit by a car. Survival depends on luck and amount of traffic on highway.

Kifflom again! Suggested by senormidget, this is a classic pastime that involves... you know... playing tag. One brother or sister is It, and they have to ram their car into another brother or sister's car to make them It.

Chance of killing yourself?: No, unless you crash a bunch or fall from a high place from a stolen vehicle...

Farthest Flyer

 

 

Suggested by rob602pa, this is a simple activity that involves jumping off the maze bank tower with a group of friends and seeing who can go farthest with their parachutes. Alternatively, see who can land onto the construction tower, take the parachute there, and land on another building or jump again.

Fun level of activity: Medium-High. Depends how much people are with you, and how much you love it.

Exploration on Foot

 

 

Suggested by rob602pa, this is a simple activity that involves going to an interesting place on the map, say the underground tunnels, and taking the time to go through on foot. It'd help to have company, if they're willing. If it's too slow for you, take a slow vehicle, such as a BMX or golf caddy. Fast vehicles would kill the mood.

Car Meets/ Cruises

 

 

Suggested by Giantsgiants, this is an activity that is rarely seen being done nowadays. It involves getting a group of people to look at and show off each others cars. Better than it sounds; maybe someone has a really cool mod you can take inspiration from!

Difficulty of activity: Easy-Medium. Can you find anyone to organize with?

Fun level of activity: Medium-High. Depends how much people are with you, and how much you love it.

Chance of killing yourself?: If you meet up with the wrong people... or if someone decides to spoil the fun.

Deadpool

 

 

Suggested by senormidget & PANiC ATTACK3R, this is an activity that involves you filling a helicopter full of your crew mates or friends and hovering above one of the swimming pools in Vinewood (The top down point of view is best for the pilot to line it up perfectly) Then you all bail out and try to free fall into the pool (no chutes). Bonus points if you land in the pool AND survive. If you want to switch it up a little try different hovering heights in the chopper, or DON'T line up the chopper perfectly.

Suggested by senormidget & PANiC ATTACK3R, this is an activity that involves getting a bunch of people in their own helicopters, preferably Cargobobs as they are funnier and work best, and going high into the sky together. You then try to crash into each other and see who can disable who. Last one standing wins.

It'd help if you all bought the Cargobob before that was patched.

Base Jumping/ Train Bridge Jump

 

 

This is an activity that involves you and/or a group of friends jumping off any high place, and deploying a parachute then slowly and gracefully gliding down to the ground. For added fun, why not make goals using Personal Vehicles, or landmarks? Or just be boring and ride the train and... that's it...

 

A great suggestion by chili27 is to get with a bunch of people and ride a train until it goes over a certain bridge above Cassidy Creek. The location of the jump is below:

Suggested by plnkfloydian, this activity involves getting a friend or to stand on the back of a jet ski or other fast boat, then slowly pulling off and accelerating. You should be able to surf until you hit a giant wave. Alternate between driving and being the guy to surf. See how many people you can fit on one jet ski or boat!

Bank Demolition Derby

 

 

Suggested by giraffeboy, this activity involves grabbing a bunch of player's personal vehicles with a Cargobob or two, placing on top of the Maze Bank Tower, arranging them in a circle, and seeing who can knock each other off. While personal vehicles are recommended by giraffeboy, I recommend grabbing NPC vehicles and placing them on top, while one guy stays on top of the tower so they don't respawn. This way, explosions can occur, and the stakes are higher.

 

Difficulty of activity: Medium - Hard. Finding enough people is a chore.

Fun level of activity: Medium-High. NPC vehicles should be more fun.

Chance of killing yourself?: Only if you use NPC vehicles.

Suggested by GRANITE_GUNS, this activity involves gathering a group of friends to race in Free-Roam. However, there is a catch; You each choose vehicles with each other, and MUST race in those vehicles. This can lead to some crazy and unexpected events. You and your friends set the finish and route.

 

Difficulty of activity: Medium - Hard. Finding enough people is a chore.

Fun level of activity: Medium-very High. The more the merrier!

Chance of killing yourself?: If you suck that bad at driving, then yes.

Helicopter Troll In: The Isle of Rage

 

 

Suggested by 13dubs13, this activity involves getting close to a random player and acting friendly to them. You then get them into your helicopter, go to a remote island off the main map, and abandon them there. Be warned; this activity is on the brink of being red-ranked.

Suggested by autobot_hotwire, this activity involves getting a bunch of your friends personal vehicles, deciding on a point to drive off of on Mt. Chilliad or any other dangerous place, and seeing who can make it to the bottom the least damaged.

Suggested by SingingEwe954, this activity involves getting a group of friends in a boat, getting a Cargobob, and lifting them high in the sky. Do what you want! SIngingEwe954 suggests going high and dropping the boat into a body of water. I recommend taking that boat to Chilliad and seeing how much it can go down!

Dumping Chilliad

 

 

Kifflom, brothers and sisters. This activity, suggested by MysterBeefy, involves getting a Cargobob and finding a Heavy Dump Truck. Pick it up and SLOWLY and carefully fly it to the top of Mt. Chiliad. You have to go slow or the dump truck will flip the bob sideways and crash you. Once you're at the top, hop in the dump truck and soar down the mountain. An alternative is to do this with a friend and have a bastardized version of a demolition derby at the peak, or even a race to the bottom. It's really up to those involved.

Outskirts Racing

 

 

Suggested by AllDay808HI, this activity involves gathering a bunch of friends and getting random cars from the road. Agree upon a finishing point, and race. All racers must go on the opposite sides of the road and not kill each other. Some extra things you can do are have a race with all popped tires, or have a challenging race with bikes.

Headin' for the Halfpipes

 

 

Suggested by autobot_hotwire, this activity involves gathering some friends with any vehicles BESIDES bikes, and going on half-pipes together!

The more people you have, the better it gets. There are 4 locations I know of:

- a small park at the beach south of the pier.

- a lone half-pipe south of Weasel Plaza.

- a lone half-pipe somewhere above the north freeway of Los Santos.

- a small park below a freeway, marked below.

Bike Punchies

 

 

Suggested by Plastcized, this activity involves gathering a bunch of people in a small area with BMX Bikes or any other similar bikes. One person does not get on a bike, and must try and punch people off their bikes. If someone is knocked down sucessfully, they have to help punch bikes until everyone is off. Last one standing wins.

British Bulldog

 

 

Our Brother has done it again! Praise Kraff! This activity, suggested by senormidget works best on one of the football or american football fields. Basically you line up a bunch of worshipers at the edge of the field (lengthways) and you have one worshiper in the centre (the Bulldog). The people on the edge have to try and run to the opposite side of the field and the bulldog has to stop them by killing them.

 

There are many variations you could try, the Bulldog could have a pistol and is only allowed to pistol-whip the followers of Kraff,

or he could have a knife, or for an extreme version he could be allowed to actually fire at people.

 

When the Bulldog "catches" a worshiper, once they respawn they will join him/her in the middle of the field and become another Bulldog. The runners who made it to the opposite safezone then have to make their way back to the first safezone, rinse and repeat until the last runner left standing is declared the winner. Runners are not allowed to attack the Bulldog. The edges of the field (touchline, goal line, whatever) is a safe zone, the Bulldog cannot kill a player while he is in the safe zone. Works best with at least 4 Runners and one Bulldog, but the more the merrier.

The soccer field is located just south-west of the Horse track.

Deathmatches

 

 

Deathmatches are one of the more common things people do online. while they are a very obvious thing here, deathmatches can vary depending on how well executed or creative a map is. For example, a sky shootout deathmatch would be fun compared to a melee... only... deathmatch...unless you like that sort of thing.

Difficulty of activity: Easy to learn, hard to be good.

Fun level of activity: Low-High, depends on map played on.

Chance of killing yourself?: Yes.

Able to also do alone?: Yes, but in creator. it is extremely boring this way, however.

Able to do low ranked?: Yes, it is available really early.

Harmful to others?: YES OBVIOUSLY GOD.

Dick Move?: Nope. Killing is mutual here.

 

 

Trap Setting

 

 

Suggested by CosmoKramer0, this is a common activity amongst players in free-roam. It involves either placing a sticky bomb in front of a store and waiting for the victim to come out, or placing a trap in an obscure place and leading them to their demise. This activity leaves a lot to creative expression.

 

Difficulty of activity: Easy- Hard, depends on complexity of trap.

Fun level of activity: Low-High, depends on how far you go. a simple trap is less rewarding than a big one.

Chance of killing yourself?: Yes, if you are a klutz.

Able to also do alone?: No, a victim is needed.

Able to do low ranked?: No; you need sticky-bombs.

Harmful to others?: YES.

Dick Move?: Depends on whether or not you keep on killing them, or if you blew up a PV without paying. You dick.

 

 

Switching Up Aiming!

 

 

Suggested by Biohazard Abyss, why don't you take a break from auto-aim, and play the game significantly differently using free-aim? Go into SP and change your aim settings there.

Exploding without Remorse

 

 

Suggested by Sh4d0wX32111, this is an activity neither I, nor most people condone. It involves being or creating a lvl 1 character, stealing a jet or tank from Fort Zancudo, and then using said tank or jet to blow up PVs without paying for them.

 

Difficulty of activity: Medium.

Fun level of activity: Low-High, depends on how much you love it.

Chance of killing yourself?: Yes, you'll be a weak rank 1.

Able to also do alone?: No. You need victims

Able to do low ranked?: Yes.

Harmful to others?: YES.

Dick Move?: It is the dickest move in the dickiest of dickdom. You dick.

 

 

Kamikaze!

 

 

Suggested by rickreim, this activity involves getting a car or aircraft(preferably a Titan), flying or driving up to another player, and exploding yourself and them. For cars, you use a sticky bomb or remote bomb. For planes, just crash.

 

Difficulty of activity: Low-Mediumly High, easy for cars, hard for planes.

Fun level of activity: Medium-High, depends on how much you love it.

Chance of killing yourself?: DUH.

Able to also do alone?: No. You need victims

Able to do low ranked?: Not preferably, you'll need sticky bombs for the car. You can steal a plane though

Harmful to others?: Yes, but harm varies on tight-assness of victim

Dick Move?: Depends on how victim takes it. It is usually a good time.

 

 

"Heeeeeeere's Johnny!"

 

 

Suggested by Thisguyherenow, this is an alternative rampage that involves killing a bunch of people, preferably NPCs unless you are good and don't spawn kill players, while yelling random movie quotes. This seems like it'd be great fun for whoever's listening in on their mics.

Fun level of activity: Medium-High.

Able to also do alone?: No. It'd help if people heard you.

Tank Hunting

 

 

Suggested by Biff73, this is an activity I, nor almost everyone else on this forum condones. This is just going around killing people in a tank for no reason at all. No one enjoys this, especially if you kill people over...and over... and over...

Suggested by J_Villasenor, this activity involves running around with a group of friends, choosing a random victim, and running up to them and using only melee to kill him as one big group.

 

 

Difficulty of activity: Medium-Hard. Most people will be in cars, and it varies depending on how many people you have.

Fun level of activity: High.

Chance of killing yourself?: Yes.

Able to also do alone?: No, you need a large group.

Able to do low ranked?: Yes.

Harmful to others?: Yes if killing them, no if you are making them laugh.

Dick Move?: Nope. Anyone would enjoy this. Hell, the victim would enjoy it too!

 

 

Tank Delivery Service

 

 

Suggested by gizmonomono, this is a helpful and good activity done for others, which involves ordering a tank if you have one, and giving it to a player who is being killed constantly or being spawn trapped. You get out of the tank, go into passive mode, salute, and watch your (most likely) new friend unleash hell on their griefer.

Difficulty of activity: Easy-Medium. Don't accidentally give the tank to the griefer...

Fun level of activity: Medium for you, Very High for player being helped.

Chance of killing yourself?: Yes, if you are careless.

Able to also do alone?: No.

Able to do low ranked?: No. You'll need a tank to be able to deliver.

Harmful to others?: Yes, but only to the old griefer. So it balances out.

The Goody-Goody

 

 

Suggested by adamsowilliams, this activity involves simply helping people on their daily free-roam routines. Why not escort that High Priority Vehicle, or protect a guy with a bounty? You could make a good friend in the process!

 

Difficulty of activity: Easy-Hard. You WILL most likely be met with force by other players.

This enlightening activity, suggested by senormidget, involves getting a group of fellow worshipers of Kraff in an aggressive lobby to put bounties on each other, hopping onto a train, and seeing how long you all can survive. It is more fun with more brothers and sisters, and helps if you're all friends or crewmates so you could set your friend attack priority to low.

Crew Bounties

 

 

Kifflom, Brothers and Sisters! This activity, by senormidget, involves getting your fellow worshipers together and setting a bounty on one of them. Said worshiper then has a 30 second head start to make a run for it, then the rest of you give chase. Whoever eventually gets the bounty is next, they have a bounty put on them, rinse and repeat. This is interesting when factors such as planes kick in.

It involves going to the Marina- near the helipad where all the Pegasus heli's spawn, with a large vehicle. You use said vehicle to push the cars into the water, while making the owners pay the insurance. a lot of effort for a tiny, short payoff.

Fun level of activity: Low-Medium High. Even if enjoyed, it only lasts so long...

Suggested by henriquedematos, this activity involves going with friends to a room with a lot of players, 10 at the least. Set bounties amongst you and your friends. Go to somewhere secluded, such as the prison towers, the underground sewers, the small L-shaped airport interior, etc. Get as many teammates to cover as many spots or entrances as possible. Defend yourself and your friends, and see if you can survive the 24 in-game hours for the bounty to expire.

 

Difficulty of activity: Medium - High, depends on how good you, your friends and the other players are.

Fun level of activity: Medium - High, setting up the defense is always fun, but the real enjoyment comes from successfully fighting off waves and waves of incoming enemies while defending a small secluded spot.

You get 1 other friend, go to a straight road, both equip your sawn-off shotguns, and drive as fast as you can toward each other.

When close, you shoot. Whoever gets killed loses. If no one dies, try again.

This can also be done with cars, but motorbikes are recommended. Also, have no bullet-proof tires to simulate wounding of your "horse", or vehicle.

Police Chasers

 

 

This activity involves creating a custom deathmatch. You have a bunch of cop cars, and 2-4 normal cars. Gather as many people as you can, as this is best with lots of people. To play this, one person must purposefully get a deathmatch bounty on their head/ get a large kill streak. This way, their icon will always be on the radar. This person gets into a car, and everyone else gets into the cop cars. You give him a 10 second head start to drive, and then everyone chases him down. The goal is to trap the "suspect" for 6 seconds. I've done this a few times, and it's great fun!

Parachutes vs Planes

 

 

A brother's activity! In this fun game, suggested by MysterBeefy, get a large group of your fellow worshipers of Kraff as high as you can above the map in helicopters. Have one person in a stuntplane as well. Everyone in the helicopters have to jump out and IMMEDIATELY deploy their parachutes. When this is done, the person piloting the stunt plane must try and fly into the players to kill them, while the parachuters must try and avoid the plane and get to the ground safely.Knocking someone's chute off gets you 5 points, hitting them with your wings gets 10, dicing them up with the prop gets 15, and you get 2 points for every second that a body is stuck to a wing. Also, landing while in a chute gets you 100 points. Everyone rotates flying going in order from highest level to lowest. All rules can be altered, and new details can be added/removed. For example, you can have it so that last one standing wins, or people of different parachute colors can be on teams and whichever group survives longest wins.

Limo Protector!

 

 

This activity by XAceFusionX is done as follows:

Gather friends and split into two teams. Team A will be the bodyguards, Team B will be the Assassins.

 

Team A starts off at the bank (with the vault) with 2 people in a limo (one driver and one passenger. The passenger is the one you protect). The rest of the team drives around in the vehicle of your choice (however, sophisticated-looking cars such as the Super Diamond, Washington, or Felon is prefered, as it goes along with the atmosphere) sticking close to the limo and protecting the limo passenger.

 

Team B starts off at the Golf Course and recklessly chases after Team A. Any car is fine (but military-themed vehicles (such as dubsta 6x6, Sandking, Cruisader, MerryWeather Mesa goes with the atmosphere better). Team B does their best to break through Team A's defense and attempt to kill the limo passenger. Team A drives from the bank to the Airport and climb on a Luxor (or a Titan, if there's a bunch of people).

 

In order to win, they need to reach Trevor's airfield in one piece. Team B drives from the golf course, to the airport as well, to take a few helicopters. The helicopter passengers flies and attempts to shoot down the Luxor/Titan. The pilot may even ram the plane. It's kinda like that game mode in GTA IV, huh. Screw it.

Rules:

1. Guns are allowed, but no bombs.

2. If you die, you can come back, but once the battle is taken to the skies, you'll just have to watch.

This activity, by lingster, involves grabbing a Cargobob from an airport. You then find a tanker truck. Pick up the tanker portion and head to the city. Find someone griefing/shooting another player, and drop it on his head. Watch the glorious explosion afterward.

 

Difficulty of activity: Hard. Time it right to get a tanker, and then timing it right to drop it. any swing to the tanker and it'll not drop where you want it.

Fun level of activity: High. The situation would be funny even for the victim!

Chance of killing yourself?: Yes. Someone could snipe the tanker, you could crash, or you could accidentally explode the tanker.

Able to also do by Yourself?: Yes; someone could help you stop those tanker trucks. Unless you count having a victim, then you can't do it by yourself without a victim.

Suicide Ride

 

 

This activity by RealHoosier07 is very nice.

You really need to have at least 4 people....and its better the more people you have. One person is chosen as the "RUNNER" and everyone else is the "Hunters". All participants, hunters AND the runner must stay in their vehicles at all times.

 

You need to unlock sticky bombs to be a hunter and you need the Lester ability "off the radar" to be a runner. The object of the game is as follows:

 

The hunters all grab a non-personal vehicle and attach a sticky bomb to their own vehicles. This is the only weapon you are allowed to use. Non-personal vehicles should be used so nobody has to pay for others vehicles that are destroyed.The runner can only use "off the radar"....you can't use any weapons at all...hence why you are called the runner. The hunters chase hunt down the runner and once spotted, you have to get close enough to the runner and then detonate your sticky...killing yourself and the runner. The first hunter to successfully kill the runner twice with suicide bombing wins the game. You can even set a timer so that the runner can be declared the winner if nobody kills him twice in that time frame....it you can just take turns being the runner and see who can last the longest.

 

Difficulty of activity: Easy-Hard. If you're runner, you need to be good at avoiding. if you are a hunter, you need to be good at timing the blast.

Fun level of activity: High. Who doesn't like a nice game of cat and mouse?

The Ultimate Prey

 

 

This is an activity by Bandalamente...

 

You will need to obtain a vehicle, preferably a helicopter. I find the Frogger to be swift and agile, like my cat. You will also need to dress for the occasion, you are a professional after all. Upon beginning the hunt, you identify the highest level player in the lobby, and stalk them. They should not even be aware of your presence. I enjoy taking my prey from rooftops. I will hop rooftop to rooftop, until the perfect opportunity presents itself, I am calm and the wind has settled... then snipe that player, from out of nowhere. The best hunters are like a shadow, the shot is to the head or the heart, and they have left by the time the player has respawned. The satisfaction is from a clean kill that literally surprises the life out of your prey.

 

Difficulty of activity: Low-Med. A clean shadow kill with your first bullet takes patience and skill.

Fun level of activity: Medium - High. This is subjective.

Chance of killing yourself?: Yes. You could be spotted by your victim!

Bike Stunting

 

 

This is an activity that involves getting onto a suitable motorbike, and doing a bunch of risky tricks. It requires DEDICATION to do well, but once you can do well, it is extremely fun and awesome. Best bikes to use are the Pegassi Ruffian and Bati, as suggested to me by the legendary RedKeyMon himself, who is well known for doing this. The most common technique is called bumping, where you pop a wheelie and drive into a low object, such as a short railing.

Pegassi Bati is faster and can go farther, but Ruffian is better for bumping, as it can do higher wheelies at higher speeds.

Choose whichever bike suits your needs.

THINGS TOO SPECIFIC FOR LIST, BUT DAMN IT, THEY'RE FUN!:

 

 

By MysterBeefy, hang inside this base:

 

 

A friend and I were on our way from LS to Chilliad peak while driving our Merryweather Mesas just to pass time, and along the way we decided to stop in Paleto Bay to stock up on ammo and repair our vehicles. My friend for whatever reason, decided to play chicken with a passing train in the trainyard and somehow got shot up into the air and straight into a "hidden" room at the top of the building. It's not really hidden, but it was easily overlooked by both of us, and I'm sure by many other players. Anyway, the roof of this building has a main room at the top with a second room below it and a gated room at ground level with a nice hidey-hole in the back. He suggested we make this gem of an area our base, so we collected the local heli and put it on the roof, and the bulldozer to make as an easy way up. Since there's no direct way for the cops to get to you, it's safe as long as you stay away from the windows, and you can use passing trains in the back for a quick getaway. We spent ours running around this "base" taking on the police, and it was a blast. The whole experience reminded me of being a kid making up fun games with friends. If anyone is open for something different and has a friend to goof around with, I highly recommend making up your own games with this place.

This is the front of the building. The main room is at the top with the two windows, and the side room is the window on the right. You can get up there a few ways, but I found the quickest to be from jumping onto the a/c unit on the wall next to the bulldozer.

Difficulty of activity: Easy-Hard. Do you just hang out or go on a shootout with cops here?

Fun level of activity: Medium-Very High. Interiors and unknown areas are fun! Unless you're alone.

Chance of killing yourself?: Yes

Able to also do with others?: Yes, as well as yourself. Better with others.

Able To Do Low-Ranked?: Yes.

Harmful to others?: No. Random people don't come here.

Dick Move?: Obviously not!

 

 

By itrpatrick, have a GTA V Grand Tour:

 

 

Remember to stick to the map below!

- Call up your friend to play some GTA.

- Go to the Start position (the docks in central LS) and call for motor boats from Pegasus for each of you (we used the Speeder).

- Pegasus is tricky, so it might spawn it at the 'Start 2' position on the map I made.

a) If it does, then go there somehow. (My friend drove us there with his boat).

b) Once we got there, the damn thing de-spawned and spawned back to the initial Start position. Luckily, there was a Cargobob at that docking station.

c) If this happens, take the Cargobob and pick up your friend with it. His boat will spin around at a 45 degree angle and it's hilarious.

- Okay, so you both are at the Start position with the speed boats.

- Continue out of the docks and go north, following the path.

 

 

- Enter the 2nd stream and go through it (shown on the map). Lots of rapids. A huge waterfall. Mountains. Fishermen. Bridges. Scenery. Epic.

- So, now you're in the lake. Go through the lake and go out the 1st stream - lots of rapids! You'll also see some fishermen.

- Exit the stream and go south - go near the starting position.

- Go through the sewer system and get to the other side - out to the ocean.

- Continue north. Get to the cove. Go inside the cove. Look for an underground waterslide. Become disappointed. Leave the cove.

- Continue north. Look at the wonderful lighthouse and other scenery as you go.

a) We got tailed by 2 people in a Cargobob. We had a gunfight. I, the gunner, was killed, but I took the Cargobob with me.

b) It landed in the water, the bandits were safe in the water... until my friend picked me up in the boat and I killed them both with an MG. Fun times.

c) Attempt to escape the cops... (we got 5 stars and died on the mountain area).

- Get to the mountain trail area. Park your boats.

- My friend and I tried to call a mechanic or heli pickup, but they couldn't get there. So we enjoyed the walk up the path.

- Once you reach the top of the mountain, there will be a parachute. Pick it up and jump with your friend.

- Miserably fail and die each time...

- Eventually you'll reach the main roads and the train tracks.

- Wait for a train and get on it. Ride to Los Santos. Win.

a) I got on the train just fine... my friend did not. He stole a car and eventually caught up.

Have fun!! This was honestly the most fun I've had in GTAO. It's nice not worrying about money or killing people all the time. I'm playing like this more often.

 

This is like an adventure path. cool beans.

A random story on this forum gave me this idea recently. Someone was saying they got in a car with some random (who was playing Arabic music over his mic) and they drove around till they saw somebody leaving a shop and getting in his car, so the guy yells in his mic "Allah Akbar" and blows up his car next to the other guy's car. This is something I gotta try now: suicide bombing. You have to have sticky bombs or remote detonator from lsc unlocked (or get stickys from a survival)

 

Also, steal a Titan and try to crash it on top of somebody driving or walking down the street.

 

Both of these will lead to you dying, but I think they're funny ways to kill someone in free roam. I'd laugh if someone crashed a Titan on top of me

Added all suggestions above those I mentioned.

Also, I added a new 'harmful to players' and 'dick move' category to activities. Horrible and frowned upon activities that are only fun for the people involved are marked with red on the list.

 

I'll continue tomorrow. Keep going with those suggestions though!

A friend and I were on our way from LS to Chiliad peak while driving our Merryweather Mesas just to pass time, and along the way we decided to stop in Paleto Bay to stock up on ammo and repair our vehicles. My friend for whatever reason, decided to play chicken with a passing train in the trainyard and somehow got shot up into the air and straight into a "hidden" room at the top of the building. It's not really hidden, but it was easily overlooked by both of us, and I'm sure by many other players. Anyway, the roof of this building has a main room at the top with a second room below it and a gated room at ground level with a nice hidey-hole in the back. He suggested we make this gem of an area our base, so we collected the local helo and put it on the roof, and the bulldozer to make as an easy way up. Since there's no direct way for the cops to get to you, it's safe as long as you stay away from the windows, and you can use passing trains in the back for a quick getaway. We spent ours running around this "base" taking on the police, and it was a blast. The whole experience reminded me of being a kid making up fun games with friends. If anyone is open for something different and has a friend to goof around with, I highley recommend making up your own games with this place. Thanks for taking the time to read. *edit* Sorry, didn't notice the rules at first. Can be done solo, but I recommend doing it with others. Doesn't require money, and isn't a mod or glitch. Oh, and it doesn't screw over anyone else, since it's so far out of the way of randoms.

 

This is the front of the building. The main room is at the top with the two windows, and the side room is the window on the right. You can get up there a few ways, but I found the quickest to be from jumping onto the a/c unit on the wall next to the bulldozer.

 

Here's a view from the right. You can see the window you hop in to get to the main room and also the ladder used to reach the roof.

The gated room on the street. While in the "base" most of the police will congregate in here for some reason.

 

The hidey-hole that's just big enough for a person.

 

The roof has just enough room for a helo. There's a small water tower behind the camera that'll eat the rotors if you get too close. (Side-note: there's a "guard tower" in the back of the photo.)

 

To the south of the "base" is another "guard tower".

 

There's so much more here and I didn't want to make the post too long, and sorry for how long it already is. Plus, finding things on your own is part of the fun. Get in a taxi in a full lobby and see if you can get from the docks to Paleto, without getting killed.

 

I usually do it while going afk, someone got in once and drove me to my waypoint and waited there for about 10mins until I got out.

allign 2 or more bulldozers on the same line.. draw a distance by putting some PV 's on the finish line, now in each bulldozershovel needs to sit a passenger and the shovel needs to be raised.. the first bulldozer that crosses the finish line with his passenger still in the shovel wins..

you can change rules by saying the passenger needs to stand straight when finishing and when fallen down inside the shovel he needs to stand up first before bulldozer can continue proceeding to the finish...

On that note, another fun thing to do is deliver a tank to someone who is being killed constantly. Get out, salute, go passive and watch the show.
