Contrast and overall Brightness ALLLL jacked up

So when I'm loading up GTA V/online, the load screen with art looks good/normal. Theeennn when it loads into my apartment (or the story mdoe) the overall display is very dark and looks like the contrast is turned up high. After screwing with my tv display controls and the game display I've figured that ain't it.

On top of that recently Rockstar cloud has been down for me, It won't load my actual character but makes me go into online with autosaving turned off and makes me use a 'temporary' character... WTF!?!?! AAANNNDD the display will flash into like a green tint and purple w/horizontal lines??


ANYONE know whats going on here!!?? I am freaking out.

Careful using 'temporary' characters....back in the first couple of months people lost their regular characters doing that....

Jeebis, that'd piss me off like crazy. sucks to hear all the crazy 'lose all your stuff' glitches going on... I was told my issue may be linked to using my 3g hotspot from my SIII to get online?

Maybe uninstall updates then re-install them, delete cache (if you're on Xbox) or delete your game data (if you're on Xbox and PS3)

Welp good thing I DIDNT delete all my crap. fixed itself miraculously lol... I was told it was probably just the internet connection and all is well now!
