Modding cars for friends or other players.

So you guys may know after 1.12 R* stopped the ability to mod cars for others. There is a workaround.

 

Mod the car for the player in LSC.

You open the door for LSC for them by driving another car close to the doors.

Have the other player drive the modded car into LSC.

They now have to go to the game store then back out.

Once out, they can now Track or sell the car.
