What would GTA:O be like without any PVs?

Imagine if the whole concept of PVs didn't exist at all and cars behaved the same as they do in SP.
You can buy a car, or steal one off the street, customize it and then keep it in your garage, but once it's out your garage, you won't know where it is if you leave it (no tracker) and if it was destroyed, it's destroyed for good.

Then i wouldnt play this game. And it would be boring and nobody would buy a car.

No one would even bother buying them and customizing if that was how it worked.

I would do exactly what I do in SP. Find all the cars I like and store them, but never take them out in fear of losing them. I'm sure freeroam would be great for bounty hunters because the amount of people stealing random cars would go way up, leading to more bounties placed on people.

lol um, if you are playing SP it works, because, no NPC deliberately tries to destroy your cars, but in GTAO everyone will try to destroy flash cars on the street if there is no insurance, I think the tracker one might not be that necessary as long as the abandoned car is sent to the impound lot like in SP or you can just call your mechanic to bring your car to you.

I know, I was being sarcastic, lol.

It's still very problematic in SP because of the constant despawning. Having to go to the impound every time you go 10 inches away from your car is a pain. It was even more bothersome in SA where you could customize cars and cars despawning was rampant.
