Anything unprovoked that isn't funny or elaborate.

People who excessively use the heavy sniper, grenade launcher, minigun, RPG, drive-by stickybombs, or all of the above on lower-level players for no real reason fall under that category methinks.

Actually I think it's something that crews and groups of friends abuse a lot if they're outmatched or just don't like someone for whatever the f*ck reason, but luckily since it requires most (or is it all?) of the lobby to vote yes it usually doesn't work out. I've seen plenty of unwarranted vote kicks and have had it happen to myself on more than a few occasions, most of the times as soon as I've joined a session.
