The character switch/vehicle fix glitch

So i had a shiny new gallivanter and was cruising down the freeway, when some complete twat pulls out infront of me and i smash into him, breaking a headlight, so i change to micheal, change back to franklin, check out my headlight and its still broken! and my windscreen and both side windows are also smashed, wtf? Did this twice, and it was the same both times. I think the glitch only fixes chasis damage, actually made cosmetic damage worse. anybody else found this?

I had this issue immediately after patch 1.11 but it sorted itself out after a while and now isn't a problem at all.

It rarely happens to me where it doesn't get fixed. When switching, make sure you switch through both of the other characters, and you wait like 5 seconds between switching, that should fix it for sure.

Nice observation as the bike gets dropped inside, it does get more popular.
