If its insurmountable odd's, I'd go passive walk a block away and call for my car. Hopefully they dont follow me in passive otherwise I drink myself unconscious and respawn at the hospital, call my car and then carry on the fight.

Here's a suggestion: How about you create one "What would you do if" thread, then just post all your scenarios in there from time to time...

I enjoy playing mindgames with people like that. Not alot of people realize that it is possible to do this and remain in the same session. This is why the tank sucks.

 

situation 1: (ambush set-up while i'm in the store): Without the above ^ and keeping in mine a situation where "my crew isn't in my lobby" I'm not sure how I would able to avoid it other than sending the mugger and mercs after them for a distraction, and then coming out with a mini-gun.

 

situation 2: (sticky bombs on my car) Really? No one gets away with that while I'm away from my car. On another note, does shooting at someone's sticky bomb and it blows up my car count as them blowing it up? I've never honestly had this happen to me. People usually leave me alone so I have never gotten to attempt this. I would totally have this as my option if it does.

Join a mission and exit at the lobby, you'll spawn with stickie bombs on your car still but they'll be dummies.

I'm usually in passive mode so the first thing doesn't matter. If I see a bomb on my car (I never leave my car unattended, so this is just what I would do in theory) I would take a random car, drive 2 blocks away, then call my mechanic.

Either laugh because blowing my car and killing me just cost you 12.5k. Or be a little pissed if the blower was a broke griefer.

 

Most likely I'd be kicking myself for doing things like buying clothes and weapons in a session full of murder all's.

It really wouldn't be a surprise or an ambush because you can see them on your map and radar outside the store. I would have time to prepare a way to counter attack like calling in some mercenaries or calling the cops and getting them to fire a gun around them.
