Gunless buzzard in Rooftop Rumble

Rooftop Rumble: So I'm flying Merryweathers heli pick up to Madrazo's and just after lift off across the road from the car park I see a gunless buzzard on the roof helipad of the building 1 block north of the RR parkade...

 

anyone else notice this? I never knew any choppers to spawn there ever, and I've only ever seen the gunless buzzard spawn at the police station beside the impound lot.

 

Is this a mission chopper that never got utilized? or did I just get the most random spawn ever?

How do you get on top of the Police Station? It doesn't always spawn during Rooftop Rumble but I notice it at times. Does it only spawn if I call my Buzzard? It'd make sense getting into that one instead of using my Frogger. I could never find a way up though..unless the only way up is through the station that's closed.

I mean in the mission... I realize it exists. Is it there every time in rooftop rumble or was it a freak spawn?

It spawned for me when I called for the merryweather pick up, I'm also very curious if you can get on that roof, the police station roof is even further away. I was really surprised to see a chopper on that pad because I didn't think any pad would spawn choppers, very strange.

It's always spawned on top of the police station, whether during a mission or not. I've found it once during a normal public lobby on top of the police station, so the spawn does not pertain only to a mission or just to a lobby. There is a way up to the police station roof but It requires you to use the glitch where you start a mission and back out of it so your character glitches inside into the police station and then you take your character up to the stairs which lead to the roof, just as in SP with Trevor when you chase the Z-Type, when your character reaches the 'Roof Access' door you do the same mission glitch and when you back out, your character should be on the roof.

if it saves me the thousand from calling a chopper I'm finding a way up there. I just hope its a permanent spawn. I don't like to drive if I don't have to.

so does every helipad spawn a chopper? so dumb that the hospital and vespucci beach are the only go to places really.

It'd be nice if someone had a map of all the heli spawns. I looked it up in YouTube before and it's just the same few spawns every time. I've flown around the map searching but I always forget all the spots. I only know 8 spots for sure. And yeah I've seen that spot but didn't think it would spawn during a mission.
