Principe Nemesis spawn points /triggers?

Does anyone have any tips on how to get hold of one of these?

Go to any place in an invite only, and keep going in and out of the PS store untill the needed vehicle spawn is triggered.

Mt first one I found during Rooftop Rumble in high end LSC parking spots. I was on my Akuma if that helps. A few days ago I saw 2 Nemesis's by the clothing store near the industrial LSC (also on the Akuma).

It usually helps to finish a mission too. I got mine when i spawned outside the finish line of The Commute.

everytime when im driving a jester or sultan it spawns at me

Do a couple of Gerald's missions. It'll spawn at the apartment complex eventually
