Moanah
Greetings everyone, I am a Psychology PhD student at Nottingham Trent University (Nottingham, United Kingdom) and I wonder if you could give me a hand with my research by taking part in my survey. It is brief and will not consume all of your time. Please feel free to help me, it is a personal and independent project I am doing. Here is the survey's address: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/X2MYQBL I appreciate your help,
Voodoo
Before anyone flips out and yells advertising, this is a sanctioned university survey. We're fine with that.
~Tiger~
Hello, I've completed the survey, very good. Â (I use the internet mostly for business and the first page of the survey does state that online work use should not be included, I didn't see this at first!) Coin
I've gone and taken it. Â Further nitpick (on top of Barefoot Tiger's): There are a good deal of questions asking the same question, in different ways. Surveys that do this, grind my gears. WTFThisIsntWii
Do you have problems trying to reduce the amount of time you spend online? Â Do you have difficulties when trying to cut down time spent online? Â Same thing different words?
Biohazard Abyss
Do you have problems trying to reduce the amount of time you spend online? Â Do you have difficulties when trying to cut down time spent online? Â Same thing different words? Â Employee evaluations do this all the time. I think it's just to ensure your decisions. I remember taking one years ago when I worked for Shoprite, and they'd ask you the same question in like 5 different forms, but they were spread out in the questionnaire. Killzone3265
I took it. It made me realize just how badly I'm addicted to the internet. Really eye-opening and I was never really conscious of just how much time I spen online until now. Only problems are that I don't have any friends and the only outside obligation I have is my job which is only 30 hours a week. if you live in a hot area, like 30*C (or 100ish F) then look into a reptile buddy that loves the sun, you can bring him out and maybe catch some eyes, thatll give you some opportunity to make friends but be sure you take damn good care of that reptile buddy  i cant wait for it to start heating up again, my little one is really anxious to run around outside again Edited April 29, 2014 by Killzone3265 GN 92

Adam Jensen
Done. Â I like this question "Have you lost interest in previous hobbies and other leisure activities as a result of being online?" because I actually picked up a lot of hobbies and activities that I discovered on the internet. Internet in itself can be quite boring for someone like me. If I'm not doing something productive for a while, I get anxious. I get this feeling that I'm wasting time and that's such a horrific feeling.

na89340qv0n34b09q340
Have you continued to go online despite knowing it was causing problems between you and other people? (Never/Rarely/Sometimes/Often/Very Often Internet use doesn't cause problems between other people and me (or if it does I don't know it), and I still go online with their apathy about it. I wasn't sure what to answer for that one. Â Anyway, I took it earlier this morning. Good luck with your study OP.
