@Tonguegirl, I have no idea what this is, but it's spectacular! The color, the quality of the image, and the content of the photo are all super engaging. Nice shot!

 

 

 

@Nacho Z, what you call "mildy interesting," I say nail the subject of the thread on the proverbial head! These are just great!

 

Couple of mildly interesting abstract images that caught my eye:

 

 

 

I continue to see wonderful and fantastic images within the landscape of the game, but unfortunately, taking the time to stop, snap, then go to the gallery and upload has become tedious (whereas on the X360 they just automatically uploaded) and I usually get murdered before I can even frame the shot, properly.

But, here's one that upon first look, is not abstract. However, had I zoomed in tighter, there are some really crazy bits of abstract linework and detail going on here. And the color of these things is just terrific. I'm just glad this isn't a "smellmatic" thread, cuz I think it might just be nasty. Cheers!

I think these are the first photos I've ever used a filter with, I prefer them natural usually but I might get into it. What's the saying, once you go brown you never...go down?

The amount of effort it takes for me to go into Rockstar Editor and adjust everything takes so much willpower imo.

I don't know how so many people can edit pictures of their characters all day.

I know what you mean but abstract is a hard one to define, for example there could be a photo of a woman staring straight ahead and to one viewer that's all it is but to another there's a slight something in the woman's eye that suggests a whole world of crazy weirdness to them.

 

It could also be that while a pic might not be abstract enough for your thinking it might be the most abstract photo the creator has ever taken in their life so to them it's at the extreme side of the abstract scale.

I agree. A lot of folks haven't been exposed to the subtle differences between surreal, abstract, impressionistic, etc.

I think it's okay, because I love whatever funky photos people care to share. Unlike other threads, this is for creative contributions instead of complaints.

Personally, I encourage folks to take out that Snapmatic and use it once in a while. It's a really great feature... highly underused, imho.

 

Also, by the way, , that's a danged fine shot! You've inspired me to toss in a couple more of my own! Thanks for sharing! Cheers!

 

Found this one in an all across from Rockford Plaza on the wall. Pretty nifty!

Last night, a player's mind was blown while he hunted after the bounty on me without success. He sent me a message calling me a cheater and hiding from him. I replied, letting him know that I was in my Kraken, 20 leagues beneath the sea, to which he cussed me out and called me a modder, apparently not knowing what a Kraken is.

Anyhow, he eventually went away and I took these shots of my Kraken's brilliant exterior:

Personally, I think this picture is just grate!

 

 

 

 

I couldn't think of any good lines for this one.

 

 

 

 

This one put a smile on my face!

 

 

 

 

 

And this one will brighten your day!

I like the smiling one particularly, you could look at it for hours and not know what it was you were seeing.
