A Player who remained constantly off the radar rolled upto me in a Dune Buggy, a minute had passed so I knew something was up. He drives quickly to the Eclipse Apartment, gets in the garage. Huge see through glitch, no cars in his garage. Suddenly my cars show up, my garage is surfacing. I immediately quit. What is this?

Possibly lag. As for the radar thing I'm not sure.
