Spuds725 Posted April 26, 2014 Share Posted April 26, 2014 You are most likely entering the wrong email address-- I'm betting it will only send it to the registered email address. If by chance you are entering the correct one-- check your "spam" folder-- might be getting put in there... If neither of those work-- contact them--- not really anything we can do about it.
