It's paraphrased slightly for a more poetic flow but this quote helped me when I lost someone close to me. I don't know you but I am so sorry this happened to you. It wasn't your fault not to be there, it is not your fault and it won't be in any case, just sometimes things happen. I been through these things. You know something? Deepest condolences. May she rest in peace. I'm not going to advise you to stop thinking about it, or trying to tough through it. Just let it run its course. You can avoid a lot of unintentional emotional instability further down the line if you just let it all out and not try to repress or hold back all the emotions. Just don't let it ruin your well-being, man. Stay mentally healthy and try not to let the whole thing consume you. I know that's easier said than done, but that misery can't go on forever. Maar zo onverwachts zal vreselijk moeten zijn. Ik wil je van hier uit dan ook ontzettend veel sterkte toe wensen. Het klinkt misschien raar, maar als ik iets voor je kan betekenen laat het me weten. Ben zelf een paar keer 4 maanden naar landen geweest waar ik ook plotseling dierbare vrienden(collegas) heb verloren(iets andere omstandigheden maar toch) Dus ik begrijp dat je nu alle hulp kunt gebruiken die je nu nodig acht.
