Capture Creator - Props Disappearing / Replacing Themselves

I've been having this very problematic issue.

 

First I will mention that I clip/stack props. So I spend my time creating structures, cover areas, signs, sky bridges and other structures. Props are important in my line of work.

 

What keeps happening is, at random times, random props keep disappearing. Not only that, sometimes my props replace themselves with either half wrecked buses or blue construction fences.

 

It's frustrating beyond belief because every time I replace the props that disappeared, different ones disappear and those damn fences and buses keep appearing. Some props become invisible, I can't pick them up or see them on the minimap yet when I exit and load back in, they appear but as either blue fences or wrecked buses.

 

What's also annoying is the fact that even when I repair all the damage and save and then see chaos happening again, I leave without saving, load back and for some reason, ALL the damage saves itself! So I can't even prevent it.

 

I can't afford to waste any more time. I've wasted enough hours going through this, what should I do? I'm open to any options. It only happens in the Capture creator.

Anything I can do to prevent this?

 

Would re-installing the creator maybe work, if so, how do I do that?
