There were a couple linked a couple of weeks back. I'll see what I can find. At the time people were more interested in how multiple garages would work so its mostly about that but does mention interiors too.

Wouldn't hurt one bit to have them though. We get custom cars so why not custom apartments. Would love for you to give one decent reason why it would be a bad thing.

 

Also Brian B did say apartments will be customisable. I do recall seeing that on the support page.

Aw, thanks. So I've been amassing large quantities of GTA$ for "High-End" apartments. Something tells me they will just have some decorative non-interactive objects, but the extra garage space will be much appreciated.

For any body doubting, Brian did say specifically on news wire trhough messages, both new apartments and interiors. Confirmed.

Why do people care about new interiors, really? If they didn't tell us we'd need apartments for heists, whenever those might be, I'd be perfectly happy with a 10-car garage instead of an apartment. It has a TV, that's all you need, for now.

 

How much time do you spend in your apartment chillin' admiring the interior? If the new apartments feature some kinda hyooge garage that I can combine with another garage to make for even more storage, then maybe, but if they're 10-car garages in fancier apartments, I'll stay put, thanks.

Because mystery in today's world incites panic and anxiety, people want to know things on their terms, they want facts when and where they want them. It's the same reason people take out loans nowadays with 3000%+ APR to buy material things they have no interest in saving up for. Today's world is about the 'now'.

~ throne ( joke )

~ armory

~ dining room

~ cooking

~ barbell , punching bag & treadmill ( increase strength )

~ indoor swimming pool / hot spring ( in case if ur char need time to relax )

~ hipster room ( allows u insult hipsters with mic/gestures , joke )

~ bouncer ( kick a visitor out of your apartement who makes u mad. if he's comeback , get kicked again )

~ message board ( ask bouncer to post a message , he's comeout and post a message paper on board near apt's entrance . player may find read '' you f*ckin fa**ot , u can't kill me '' by the apt's owner

~ more employees : chef / room service , janitor , driver , bodyguard ( ranks : gangster pistol , OG uzi/AK , professional SMG/carbine & mercenary silenced carbine/MG ) & coordinator ( helps u in missions , act almost like lester . but they only gives u hint & tell where find a vehicle player want , their paycheck scaled by their intelegent )

I don't want to cause an upset, It's just apt. customisation would be amazing and If someone like funmw2 can confirm that these files exist...

 

It would be nice if it was true. I know I would like to be able to change some things around in my apartment and add in some things that are actually fun. It would be awesome if we could add foosball tables, card tables for poker or blackjack, pinball machines, ping pong tables, so much cool stuff that would make our apartments actually worth hanging out in.

If you can customise your apartment then there NEEDS to be an option where you can choose a picture you took on Snapmatic and have it framed on your wall or something!

I'd love a pool table. I'd also love cameras that look out a bit rather than angle towards who's at the door. I would also love cameras in other areas of the city that I can look at via the TV (LSC, etc.)

I have actually been hearing that same thing only in more detail for a while, from multiple sources. Ncluding one guy I actually trust (not a kid). He said he has a cousin that knows someone who works with rockstar.

 

Apparently there is gonna be a 8 million doller mansion and a 3 mill condo, among other things as well.

 

Of course there's no way to know that these claims aren't just a bunch of BS, but hey it'd be pretty cool if it wasn't

I would suggest Rockstar to spend their time developing more quality mission or story content rather than this kind of thing.

That wouldn't involve separating people from their GTA bucks, though, would it? I think R* now knows what Joe GTA Online Player likes spending his/her hard-"earned" money on, and they're moving in that direction.

 

I think after heists, any new updates/free content are gonna completely dry up - they'll put some new cars and outfits and guns in once in a while to throw us a bone, but they'll settle down and try to work on some DLC for the game they can charge for.

It has been confirmed on the rockstar support site BY R* STAFF that there will be new apartments, new interior(s) and the ability to drive cars from one garage to the other. Confirmed. It has not been confirmed (to my knowledge) whether the new interior will be for the new apartments, selectable, customisable or any other -able.

I thought it was pretty f*cking obvious he was saying that new apartments with new interiors were coming, meaning the new apartments would look different than any of the existing ones. Does not take a genius.

Brain B never said customization, he said new interiors.

 

The High Life Update: The High Life Update will allow you to expand your foothold in Los Santos with new high-end apartment options, the powerful Bullpup Rifle, new wardrobe items, the Dinka Thrust motorcycle and three new lavish cars to choose from, including the Super class Pegassi Zentorno. The High Life Update will also feature the debut of multi-property ownership in GTA Online, which means you'll be able to own two distinct properties (with garages) simultaneously. All this plus the new Mental State player statistic, which is designed to let you see just how passive or psychotically unhinged fellow players in your session really are, and a slew of new Jobs.

 

The article did mention apartment OPTIONS.

Any new apartment is a new option relative to the existing apartment options.

Do you like putting crew logos on your car? Wearing an outfit that sets you apart from others? Its the same thing. Being able to make your apartment suit you personally does not make this the Sims.

The new Partments will be the ones with the new interiors...so now instead of 3 interiors we will have 4 options...for 20 some odd million players.
