[POSSIBLY FAKE] Apartment Customisation coming to GTA Online?

Can anyone confirm if this is true? It could be a fake, especially when it is coming from a kid. Can anyone else confirm these files exist?

My assumption is that we will get the minimum - new apartments will have a different interior than current ones. Nothing more exciting than that. And of course, confirmed by support staff does not equal actually being included at release.
