Installing new cars problem://// textures

Hi, I recently installed GTA3, like few times in the past. It was running smoothly until... I tried to install new car (no matter which one). Its kind of texture bug. I got building texture around my car.:////

 

 

 

 

i think its a problem with wheel textures, becouse the walls are spinning around as i drive the car :S

 

I tried to play with and without dmagicwheelmod installed. (no difference)

I tried to reinstall the game few times. (no difference)

I tried to install different cars. (no difference)

 

I played gta 3 / vc few times past years and i didnt had ANY problem with installing new cars.

I got new pc with AMD 8320, 4 gigs of ram and 7870 Radeon graphic card.

 

The vanilla version of gta 3 works like a dream.

When I mod a game, the absolute first thing I do is make a copy of the files and mod those, this is the almighty precaution to modding as corrupting your original files could leave you with an unplayable game - did you backup your files and mod those or the originals?
