No. Only certain random events will trigger the message that the passenger can be delivered to the cult and which in turn will trigger the cutscene at the cult camp. Crimie Posted April 24, 2014 Share Posted April 24, 2014 (edited) No im pretty sure it doesnt work, people have tried to bring, hookers and Jimmy and Lamar and just about everyone to be delivered to the camp. The random hitchhikers seem to be the only ones who will trigger the cutscene, you will also notice that these hitchhikers have very foreshadowing lines of dialogue of what is about to happen to them.
