sagsf420 Posted April 24, 2014 Share Posted April 24, 2014 Seriously driving over cars in the tank is sooo much fun even more fun then just shooting rockets at em but unfortunately 9 out of 10 times they explode and do major damage to your tank which kinda pisses me off. Not to mention you get an instant wanted level and cops come plowing under you suicidally at 150 mph and blowing THEMSELVES up and before you know it the tank is toast and so are you. Hopefully R* will come to their senses and fix this but I highly doubt they will. Completely agree it was so much fun in San Andreas because the only thing that could even stop you was another tank! Now you can be destroyed from crushing cars and that's what really gets me because of the physics being improved so much I was so angry that they took the tank out of IV seeing as that was THE MOST fun vehicle in the game and when I heard there was gonna be a tank in V I was so excited then when I finally saved up a million bucks to buy it I was disappointed as hell! What gets me is they were obviously going for realism well in real life cars do not generally explode when crushed by a tank (they did in SA but that was SA there was no complex damage system and it was immune to explosion damage) this is a major screwup on R* part and I REALLY hope they eventually pull their heads out of their a**es and fix it and in a way it's not even all their fault. I kinda blame these immature fanboys that decide that every grievance about the game is invalid and that they need to start a flame war over it grow up and realize that YES this is a pretty good game (hell it's still one of my favorites) but it's FAR from perfect and could have been much better like than it is just like most games coming out today and that we have the right to complain about whatever the f*** we want in hopes that maybe just MAYBE it gets fixed eventually.. It is difficult to flatten a car without blowing them up. Even driving over the hood of a front engine car will blow it up. Run over it carefully is all the advice I can offer here. If you run over the back end, the gas tank explodes. You run over the front end, the gas tank explodes. I'm not entirely sure a car would explode if a tank ran it over.
