Has the update meant people can no longer use the gas can/back fire trick to light up peoples PV's without footing the bill did it twice last nite and got stung both times.... I know I deserve it before any wise ass says it but it's fun it's gta and I don't care when it happens to me.

I did read somewhere that touching the car with your own would result in a bill but I made sure I didnt and got stung anyway!

wonder if its any contact with the car?????????????????????????????????????????

I do this all the time, as long as ur car doesn't touch the other you don't have to pay
