Most of the girls are surprisingly hot actually (the actresses for Amanda, Tracey, Debra and Molly for example). It's not like they need to be for voice acting (OK they base the character likeness on them, but they can touch them up). Given I'd say their voice acting is great, I'm surprised they are not doing more TV and too expensive to be in supporting roles in a computer game (however successful).
