BrownBear
I've always found that no matter how much you talk about it, when you're fighting all that goes out the window and you're body just reacts. When you've got adrenaline pumping round you just know how to react, take deep breaths if you get too angry though as that won't help. The main thing is it's nothing to worry about, even if you do get beaten you'll feel fine in a day and know that you stood your ground.

KD himan
Get a baseball bat and beat the crap out of them I can beat them up with my hands but the question is about my weak emotional heart after beating them or starting the fight. your idea is good but If any student use any other prop, chair or tool in any fight, other students call him a loser or shemale because everyone here prefer hand to hand combat like a men. SoftTouch
If he starts a fight, try quickly blocking the first punch, rush and grab, then push him away so he falls down to the ground. And don't think about anything. You can become crazy if you think too deep into some things. Edited April 25, 2014 by SoftTouch

It's a high school fight, and just that, so what if they get pushed around a little, they want to fight and they'll get what's coming to them. Don't feel bad about it. ~Tiger~
the question is about my weak emotional heart after beating them or starting the fight. This is a normal reaction to the stress of a fight or any situation of intense conflict. In response to acute stress, the body's sympathetic nervous system is activated due to the sudden release of hormones. The sympathetic nervous systems stimulates the adrenal glands triggering the release of catecholamines, which include adrenaline and noradrenaline. This results in an increase in heart rate, blood pressure and breathing rate. After the threat is gone, or the fight is over, it takes between 20 to 60 minutes for the body to return to its normal levels. Once you understand what is happening to your body during this period of conflict, and why you feel so weird afterwards and once you accept that it is normal and natural, you should then feel less concerned and the symptoms should reduce and your body should return to normal sooner. THE GHETTO JEZUS
Get a baseball bat and beat the crap out of them That's like what the kids use when they're in fights here. Like fist fights are the thing of the past as now kids will be carrying stuff on them. Pocket knifes, mace, batons, guns, etc. My dad was planning on getting me something on that list I just said but I'm more of a fist and verbal guy. WTFThisIsntWii
When I got into fights when i was younger I found myself paralyzed by adrenaline. Like I wanted to beat the hell out of the kid but I couldn't gain control over my arms to throw punches. Like I would just stand there like a zombie and could only move my legs and walk around. It was really strange. It was a different story on the wrestling mat because it was controlled and you weren't out to actually hurt your opponent. But in actual fights I couldn't do anything. I was the opposite, if you put me in a boxing ring or on a wrestling mat I wouldn't know how to drop my opponent using a safe technique without causing injury. Street fights/unarmed combat is a lot easier because I just focus on getting them to the ground doesn't matter if I hurt them. No rules. But that's just my opinion. And this is the beginning of the next school shooting.. you should all be ashamed of yourselves. He's not American bro. In Australia we have really bad public schools and bullying/fighting is a massive problem. When I want to school you'd be lucky to go 2 days without seeing a fight. Yet we've had zero school shootings. Simply because we don't have easy access to weapons.

Adrenaline is just you pretty much running purely on instinct. In the military we train and train in the same scenario repeatedly until training is instinct so that when it finally happens and we have adrenaline flowing through us we will follow our training out of habit. Mcquiz
I had that too when I used to get in fights. Even though at times I got quite beat up I never cried because of pain, just emotions got the better of me. It was very embarrasing and it happened in every other fight. In those days that meant every month. Edited April 26, 2014 by Mcquiz
El Tigre
I've actually seen this happen. I was down at the park like 2 summers ago with a group of kids playing football. 2 kids got into it an started to fight. The kid who won the fight started to cry after. So you're not the only. Have no idea how to stop it though.

I appreciate how Gandhi fought with Britishers without any wars and let them not to rule over our country, but you know, there will be maybe 3 % hardly people who'll be polite and do not fight. but the other once are not good, even they dont want to compromise before a fight.
