There is a way to train fellow crew members in tank and buzzard weapons firing with NO police interference. First start a Crew session only free roam, take up to 5 other trainee's and the trainer needs to b over the rank of 81. into the mission trash talk, the time between taking out the 4 trash trucks and the final show down seems to be a long ass time. At that point u can summon your Pegasus flying weapons and shoot at whatever u want to, no cops. Bored with that? Fly to Ft. Zancudo and "borrow" a jet, no one will stop u. Crew Training Mode is there u just have to look for it, other missions that don't involve a wanted level in them will work too, when training is over just finish the mission. ALSO a great tip for crew grinding RR, everyone start in a crew only free roam so u don't get bagged by a player trolling Martin's house in a multiperson free roam.
